The project has already met the conditions for comparison and selection, and the construction of the project is now subject to public bidding.

The scope and content of 2.4 comparison and selection: the construction, commissioning, acceptance, handover and other work of all works shown in the construction drawings and descriptions and design changes of the fire protection system renovation project of Jinshan Building, and the works added by the Employer during the construction period, specifically including but not limited to the addition of emergency lighting and evacuation instructions in the main building, north building and archives of Jinshan Building, and the essential functions of the fire alarm system, installation of its supporting facilities and equipment, laying of pipelines (including wall surface slotting and dark application), removal of original emergency lighting and evacuation instructions and supporting facilities and pipelines, removal and restoration of existing decoration contents, fire fighting facilities and equipment, intelligent facilities and equipment, electrical facilities and equipment, lamps and lanterns are involved in the construction scope, which shall be subject to the construction drawing and description of Jinshan Building fire fighting system renovation project. 3. Qualification requirements for comparison and selection of applicants

3.1 This comparison requires that applicants for comparison must meet the following conditions:

3.1.2 For the performance conditions required by the applicants for this comparison and selection, please refer to Article 1.4.1 of the Schedule before the instructions for comparison and selection in Chapter II of the comparison and selection document.

3.1.3 Applicants for comparison should also have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. For details, please refer to Article 1.4.1 of the Schedule before the instructions for comparison and selection in Chapter II of the comparison and selection documents.

3.2 This comparison does not accept the application of consortium comparison.

4. Compare the acquisition of selected files

5. Submission of application documents for comparison and selection
