7. bid evaluation method: lowest price method.

Bids shall be evaluated according to the number of Bidders and valid Bids in the following manner:

(1) When all valid bids are ≥ 4, the bid shall be evaluated according to the following methods:

9. Conditions for Scrapping Bid

Any bid that meets one of the following conditions shall be deemed to be rejected:

5. The bidder fails to provide the legal representative legal person code certificate and my ID card or the authorized agent holds the power of attorney and my ID card according to the requirements of the comparison document;

6. Not accepting the principle amended by the tenderee;

7. The tender offer (including the revised price) is higher than the maximum price issued by the candidate.

Amendment of 10. Tender Offer

Minor deviation means that although the reviewed quotation substantially responds to the selection requirements, there are arithmetic errors in calculation or accumulation, and the correction of these errors will not affect the bid evaluation results.

If the bid evaluator confirms that there is a slight deviation in the comparison and selection quotation, the bid evaluation team may require the applicant to correct the slight deviation in the comparison and selection quotation before the bid evaluation result is announced. If the applicant refuses to amend, his or her offer will be rejected and will not be reviewed.

XI. Performance Bond

XII. Settlement principles
