The digital cooperation between Tencent and Chongqing Liangjiang New District has a long history. Since the establishment of Tencent Southwest Headquarters in Liangjiang Digital Economic Industrial Park and Gaoke Foreign Business District in 2018, relying on Tencent's technology and resource advantages in the field of big data intelligence, Tencent has introduced the core businesses of Tencent's six major business groups into Chongqing, covering industrial Internet, digital culture and other fields. While maintaining the high-quality and high-speed development trend, Tencent Southwest Headquarters has actively integrated into the construction of Chongqing's "Intelligent Manufacturing Town" and "Intelligent Famous City", actively contributing to the city's digital industrialization and industrial digitization, and fully promoting Chongqing to build a digital industrial highland.

Tencent Southwest Headquarters and Changan Automobile jointly invested in the establishment of Chongqing Intelligent Vehicle Supercomputing Center in 2018. Based on the center, the two sides cooperate to build intelligent automobile industrial design cloud, Chang'an marketing big data project, and for Chang'an automobile intelligent network, new energy and other fields to provide resources and service support.

Subsequently, Changan CS85, the first intelligent Internet-connected car built by Tencent Southwest Headquarters and Changan Automobile, was launched. In September 2020, Liangjiang New Area joined forces with Tencent Cloud and Beiming Digital to build Tencent Cloud (Chongqing) Industrial Internet Base in Gaoke Foreign Business District. This base is Tencent's first industrial Internet base in Southwest China. It promotes the intelligent upgrading of Liangjiang New Area and Chongqing electronics, automobile, biomedicine and other industries, and helps Chongqing industrial enterprises to build a new digital infrastructure. It is also an important practice of Chongqing to accelerate the construction of "intelligent manufacturing important town" and "smart city", which will drive the overall digital transformation wave in Southwest China.

The two sides jointly set up Tengxunyun Industrial Internet Smart Industry Headquarters to further promote the combination of Chongqing Liangjiang New District's smart industry and Tengxunyun's technological advantages in the field of artificial intelligence and help Liangjiang New District build an industrial Internet and smart industry innovation highland. On the same day, the Geely Industrial Internet Platform created by Guangyu Mingdao Digital Technology Company was released. Tencent and Guangyu Mingdao reached a strategic cooperation to jointly build a new ecology of industrial Internet and create Internet solutions.
