罗蔺指出，大家在交流发言中谈认识有角度有深度，提建议思路清举措实，做到了学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想更加自觉坚定，维护党中央权威和集中统一领导更加自觉坚定，践行宗旨、服务人民更加自觉坚定，求真务实、狠抓落实更加自觉坚定，以身作则、廉洁自律更加自觉坚定，履行全面从严治党政治责任更加自觉坚定。要善始善终抓好主题教育，切实提高思想认识，扎实开展总结评估工作，建立长效机制，坚持标准不降、劲头不松，坚决防止虎头蛇尾，推动主题教育取得扎扎实实的成效。要扎实做好专题民主生活会各项准备工作，深入学习领会习近平总书记关于严肃党内政治生活的重要论述，把严实要求贯穿始终，把以上率下坚持到底，进一步从思想上正本清源固本培元。要切实推动“三攻坚一盘活”改革突破取得实效，对标对表市委部署要求，凝聚改革共识，汇聚强大合力，推动新征程重点领域、关键环节改革任务落细落地，坚决打赢国企改革攻坚战、园区开发区改革攻坚战、政企分离改革攻坚战，全力推动国有资产盘活。
罗蔺强调，当前正值岁末年初，要加强经济运行调度，用心细致做好重点民生工作，严格落实安全生产责任制，进一步振奋精神、担当实干，积极加强举措、查漏补缺，确保各项工作圆满收官，展现新气象新面貌。
