两江新区党工委第一巡察组 向产运、产城公司党委反馈巡察原金泰公司党支部情况

按照两江新区党工委巡察工作部署，2023年10月底至2024年1月中旬，两江新区党工委第一巡察组对重庆两江新区金泰公司党支部（以下简称金泰公司党支部）开展了常规巡察。
根据重庆两江新区产业集团国企改革推进情况，原金泰公司相关职能职责及业务已分别划转至产运公司、产城公司，2024年4月9日，两江新区党工委第一巡察组集中向产运公司党委、产城公司党委反馈原金泰公司党总支巡察情况。
第一巡察组组长陈邦贵向产运公司党委、产城公司党委反馈原金泰公司党支部巡察意见，两江新区党工委巡察工作领导小组办公室主任杨红军对两家公司党委抓好巡察整改提出明确要求，产运公司党委副书记刘顺伟、产城公司党委书记蒋荣超分别作表态发言。会议由两江新区产业集团党委副书记、工会主席林海主持。
会上，陈邦贵就巡察发现原金泰公司党支部在贯彻落实党的路线方针政策、党中央决策部署和市委、新区党工委要求，推动城市配套功能优化升级、资产盘活、引领产业转型升级，贯彻落实全面从严治党责任和新时代党的组织路线等方面存在的问题进行了反馈，并提出相应整改建议意见。
杨红军从提高政治站位、准确把握巡察政治要求，明确目标任务、全力以赴抓好整改落实，传导整改压力、坚决做到“刀刃向内”三方面对巡察整改提出明确要求。
两江产业集团党委副书记、工会主席林海强调，产运公司、产城公司要提高政治站位，增强对巡察整改工作重要性的认识，切实把“严”的主基调长期坚持下去，以整改落实来推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。要强化责任担当，确保巡察反馈问题整改到位，切实发现和整改工作中存在的漏洞和弱点，积极承担巡察整改主体责任。要提升整改质效，以整改工作推动公司高质量发展，把巡察整改融入日常工作、融入深化改革、融入全面从严治党的各项任务和举措，将巡视整改与深化标本兼治和生产经营融合发展有机结合起来。
两江产运公司党委副书记、总经理刘顺伟和两江产城公司党委书记、董事长蒋荣超分别表态，对巡察组反馈的问题和意见建议，全盘认领，将全力抓好整改工作；直面问题、对账销号，坚持科学分析、对症下药，并坚持把落实整改与作风建设相结合；压实责任、严明纪律，着力细化整改任务，明确责任主体；用好成果、促进工作，深化巡察成果运用，形成靠制度解决问题和推动工作的长效机制。
此次巡察整改情况将在党内进行通报、向社会公开，接受党内监督和社会监督。
